The deck reads like a conversation rather than a manual. Early on, a slide sets the tone: keep it conversational, interrupt me. Chapters then cover how to add to the culture, the success philosophy (the three metrics that will matter as the company scales) and how a new hire can speed up their own onboarding. Each idea gets its own slide, with a short headline and three numbered points or questions.
Team photos sit in soft, rounded crops on the dark section slides, and the content slides use flat illustrations in the same blues.
