An exploration of a message composer for candidate follow-ups, with two ways in: pick a saved template or write a new message.

A new message starts as an empty box that hints at the shortcut: type a slash to insert variables like first name. Picking a template fills in the SMS, where variables such as First name, Last name and Sender name show as tinted chips. Both versions count the words left and end with a follow-up rule: if no action, send this follow-up in a set number of days.

Saved, the message folds into a single row with its name and when it sends.
