The form on the left asks questions in plain language, grouped in collapsible sections: is the vehicle insured, with a link to read about executor insurance liabilities and a button to get a quote, and who else owns it, with shares and contact details for each co-owner. The side panel holds the asset’s status and value, a Mark as Sold action, a valuation button, and tabs for attachments and comments.
