Filters — Company search filter panel shown in four states

A filter panel for searching companies, shown in four states. Each filter group (lists, department, HQ location, employee count, industry, keywords, owner, stage) collapses to a single row with a plus sign.

Picking departments adds a count badge with a clear button and keeps the selections as chips under the label, so the closed panel still shows what’s applied. Open, the department filter has its own search, and nested options let someone pick specific roles within Finance. Locked filters such as Technologies and Revenue sit grayed out at the bottom, above Show More Filters.
