Job creation (simplified version) — Simplified job posting form first step for Teero

A simplified first step for creating a job in Teero, the About tab.

It asks only for what a posting needs. The job name is optional: left blank, it defaults to the job description plus the location, shown as placeholder text. Then come the description and location as picklists, the owner, working hours (full-time, part-time or both), employment type, and salary with currency, amount and pay period on one line.

Each field has its label and a short hint on the left, so the form reads top to bottom, and Next: Hiring Stages leads on to the second tab.
