Legion Health onboarding, live to concept — Legion Health sign-up redesign: live page to concept
Legion Health’s first sign-up question as it is live today, taken apart in a design tool and put back together as the concept, first on desktop and then on a phone. Every piece on screen is real: the live page is copied from Legion’s site, and the concept that takes over at the end is running in the browser.
The biggest thing on the live page is a patient quote. On desktop it fills half the screen, and on a phone it sits above everything else and pushes the question below the fold. It’s signed “Legion Health Patient”, so nobody can check it, and it stays there from one screen to the next while you answer. It gives the person answering nothing to act on.
Social proof earns its place at the start, while someone is deciding whether to begin, and after that only at the points where they hesitate. So the quote becomes one named Google review with Legion’s rating, under the first question only, and proof comes back where a decision is made, like each provider’s own rating when you pick one.
The rest is clean-up. The intro and the safety note go, the question loses its box and becomes the heading with one short line under it, and Yes and No get bigger. On a phone the page is compact enough that the question, both answers and the review all fit on the first screen.
