Legion Health onboarding — Online psychiatry sign-up flow concept for Legion Health

Flows Motion

Let’s talk

A concept for Legion Health’s sign-up flow, where adults in Texas book a video visit with a psychiatric provider. It walks the same path as the flow live today: six questions to check Legion is the right fit, what you’d like help with, your insurance, then a provider, a time and payment.

In the images below, the live flow is on the left and the concept on the right.

The live flow next to the concept: the first question, then what you need help with

Cut the distractions. Today half of every screen is a grey panel holding a patient quote, and the questions sit in boxes inside boxes, with prescribing notes on the cards. The concept gives each question the whole page with one short line under it, moves the notes into a single line below the choices, and keeps everything in one blue where the live flow mixes purple, orange and green.

Better social proof. The live quotes are signed “Legion Health Patient”, so nobody can check them. The concept shows Legion’s Google rating and a named Google review under each of the six opening questions, the kind of proof people look for before they share anything about their mental health.

The live flow next to the concept: insurance, then choosing a provider

Picking a provider is quicker. Each card keeps to a short bio, the rating and the next times by day, and once a time is picked, a bar at the bottom holds the provider, the time and Continue while you compare. Progress reads in plain words too: “Two more steps” instead of “Step 4 of 6, 67% Complete”.

The visit is then confirmed on one page, with the estimated cost and Apple Pay.

Seven phone screens of the opening check: Texas, Medicaid or Medicare, risk right now, a hospital stay, 18 or older, video visits only, then Good news, we can help
Six phone screens of the last step: your details, the same form with its errors, Confirm your visit, You're booked, then Sign in and its code
The same six screens of the last step in a second look: a soft blue arc behind the page, with progress dots beside the title
