New response — New saved response editor for an answer library

Creating a new entry in a library of saved responses: reusable answers to questions a team gets asked again and again.

The answer gets most of the screen, in a rich text editor that takes formatting and images. Everything about the answer sits in the right column: whether it’s live, its matching score, the delivery effort, the next review date and how often it’s reviewed, plus the owner, how many times it has been used and its ID. Categories and tags further down make it easy to find later.
