Onboarding widget — Protection meter onboarding widget for security setup

The Protection Meter on its own, as a compact widget that can carry the whole security setup. Three states are shown.

At the start the shield is gray, the bar is nearly empty and only the first step is active, with a Start link. Opening a step expands it in place, so locations can be picked from a search or from suggested countries without leaving the widget. Once all five steps are done, the shield turns full color with a check mark, the bar fills, and every step gets a green tick while staying expandable for changes.
