The salary field from Teero’s job form, in four states.

Employers choose how the job pays: Hourly opens a single rate field, while Custom opens an amount with a menu for how often it’s paid (yearly here). Checking “Salary is negotiable” grays out both options, since there’s nothing fixed to enter. Each choice shows only the fields it needs, which keeps a long job form a little shorter.
