A Salesforce asset library for a company’s photos, with collections organized by year and by type, like portraits split into square and landscape, or event photography.

Every image in the grid carries its file name, a usage status and its tags. The statuses are color-coded so the important one is hard to miss: green for Approved, orange for Being reviewed, red for Don’t use. Search suggests matching images as you type, so the right photo can often be picked straight from the dropdown. Upload, an asset details menu and a grid or list toggle sit above the results.
