Sending offer — Employment offer letter flow for Complicore

On Offer & pay, the form picks an offer letter template, an expiration date and a start date, then employment status, employee type and pay. Helper text under the fields explains them, and a note says these details fill the offer letter through Smart text and carry into onboarding once the offer is signed.

Review lays out what happens next as a short timeline: the offer goes out by email and text, the candidate signs, the start date arrives. An optional note can go with it.
