Shosho — Editor Overview — Editor embeds exploration for the Shosho writing app

An exploration of embeds in Shosho’s editor, shown across four states of the same story.

Selecting text brings up a dark formatting bar for bold, italic, two heading sizes, quotes, links and comments. Between paragraphs, a row of round buttons inserts blocks, and the results sit inline: a full-width image, a video that plays inside the story, and a link to an article turned into a card with its title, author and image. The sidebar with folders and stories stays the same throughout.
