Story grid view for folders in Shosho

Every story in a folder shows as a small page in Shosho’s grid view.

Each card shows a preview of the story’s first page, images included, above its title, word count and last edit. Shared stories add the avatars of their collaborators, and a star marks a favorite.

The header matches the list view (folder name, More, New story here, sort, and the grid or list toggle), so switching between the two changes nothing else on the page.
