Switch profile — Candidate profile header with prev and next in Teero

Three header options for a candidate’s profile in Teero, focused on moving between candidates.

All three keep the same base: the name, the job applied for, a stage menu, more actions, and tabs for Application, Message, Documents and Notes. The difference is where switching lives. The first has none, the second adds compact Prev and Next buttons in the top-right corner, and the third gives Previous and Next a full-width bar of their own above the header.
