TouchIntel - Customers & Finance — Customer and finance analytics for Touch Intel clinics

The Customers and Finance views of Touch Intel, an app for clinic owners.

For customers, we chose the few metrics an owner needs to track: average revenue per customer, the split by specialty and by the most popular body parts, and new against returning customers. They show whether the clinic needs more staff, or whether everyone hired has enough work.

For finance, the risk was becoming an alternative to Stripe or another payment gateway. Instead of following each transaction, the view uses metrics on the health of the business, such as revenue, unmatched expenses, ratios and insurance disputes, by location or clinic.
