Writing trends chart — Weekly writing trends bar chart for Shosho
Writing trends, a card from Shosho’s stats page, compares a writer’s week with the one before.
Each day gets a pair of bars, gray for last week and green for this one, so a slow Tuesday or a strong Wednesday stands out without reading numbers. On the left, total words and time writing sum up the week.
The second state shows a past week. The totals now show the change against the week before (up 355 words and 12 minutes in the example), and a Go to this week link appears next to the arrows as a quick way back.
