Activity composer and feed components for Apollo

Notes, calls, tasks and actions: the activity composer and feed from Apollo’s contact and account pages. A row of radio buttons switches the form, and the fields change to fit. A task gets assignee, priority, type, date and time; a call gets disposition and purpose; a note is a text box with an option to pin it to the top.

The main button stays gray until there’s something to save. Below the composer, the activity feed filters by type, opens in a window view and shows a loading skeleton while it fetches.
