Adding people from HR tool — Assign new hires from Personio to open positions in Horus

A modal in Horus for placing new hires into open positions after they come in from an HR tool.

People added in Personio show up grouped by department, with their title and employment type. Each one gets a Select position dropdown, which lists open positions grouped by team, such as Operations and Engineering, with an option to request a new position if none fits. The home dashboard stays visible behind the modal, including the prompt about new team members that leads here.
