Automated message (sequence) — Automated candidate message sequence editor in Teero
Editing an automated message template in Teero: the sequence of texts and emails a candidate receives at a stage.
The sequence is built from steps. Each step can hold an SMS and an email, each with its own toggle, an Edit link and a preview of its first line. Between steps, Send next message in sets the gap in days or hours, and the step headers follow (Day 1, Day 3, Day 3 +4 hours). The template can also be made the default for a stage type.
A note warns that several jobs use this template, so changes reach all of them, and Duplicate Template offers a way around that.
