Coderbyte Logo Concept from early discovery

An early concept from the discovery stage of the new CoderByte logo. It wasn’t the final direction.

The symbol is a set of concentric arcs in blue and teal that open like a signal around a small curl at the center. The wordmark is set in Europa Bold, with the color shifting from Coder to Byte. On the solid blue and teal panels everything turns white, to check that the mark works in one color.

It earned a second look for its shape and for how the colors, edges and type work together.
