Contact Import Modal — Contact import and create contact panel in Apollo

Adding contacts by hand in Apollo. Import in the search header opens two choices, Just One Contact or Bulk Import from CSV.

Picking one contact opens a Create New Contact panel over the search. Basic information comes first: name, email with its verification status, job title, account, company, stage and owner, which defaults to you. Additional information is folded below it (phone numbers and notes, LinkedIn URL, location, and a time zone set from that location), followed by contact and account custom fields.
