Email add-on — Vidyard video email add-on for Apollo
An email add-on in Apollo that brings Vidyard videos into a drafted email, shown in three steps.
The draft stays familiar: pick a template, check the from and to addresses, write a subject and body, then schedule it or edit the delivery schedule. A Vidyard button joins the formatting toolbar. Clicking it opens a picker over the draft with videos listed by thumbnail, title and date, a checkbox to choose one, and buttons for a new video or to insert. Back in the email, the video shows up in the body as a small blue tag.
