Field mapping error state — HRIS field mapping error state for a workforce finance tool

The last onboarding step in a workforce finance tool: checking how fields from the payroll system map to the product’s own.

Each row reads left to right: the HRIS field, an arrow, a dropdown with the matching field, and an example value so the mapping is easy to verify. Only the main fields are pulled in to start, and the intro says mappings can be changed later in settings.

When something doesn’t match, a red banner counts the problems, the row turns pink with a warning icon, and a sticky bar at the bottom repeats the count next to Finish onboarding.
