Financial management forecast (budget) — New position request modal for a workforce finance app

The request opens as a modal over the Finances page, which charts total salary cost by month, actual against forecast. First the manager picks the request type: update the budget, so the position is added once it’s approved, or add it to the forecast. Then come the position’s name, type and level, and the budgeted fixed and variable salary.

The finished request goes to an admin for approval.
