Financial management (widgets) — Budget and open position modals for workforce finance

Modals and widgets from a workforce finance app, built around budgets and open positions.

A department breakdown compares actual spend with budget for each team, with overspend in red and a button to jump to the full financial view. When new people arrive from Personio, a list asks the manager to map each one to an open position, grouped by department, or to request a new position from the same dropdown.

The request position form sits alongside. A success state confirms the mapping and lists the workflows it will start, with I’ll do it later next to Start workflows.
