The payment step offers two paths. Let Public Grid handle everything, by card or US bank account with a clear note on the 3% card fee, or manage payments yourself and get bills from the utility directly.

After setup, the welcome screen explains what happens next in three numbered steps, shows the account number, move-in date and providers, then introduces rewards: complete tasks like subscribing to the newsletter to earn points toward money off the next bill. The third screen tries the same content on dark purple.
