Three feature sections from the HelloGov website, each pairing a short pitch with a dark illustration made from the product itself.
The first covers the application: error checks before submission catch the mistakes that cause delays, shown as four steps from completing the form to sending the packet. The second, Expert Review & Submission, pairs AI checks with human review, illustrated by a passport photo being scanned. The third promises tracking until the passport is in hand, with updates by email, SMS and the platform, next to a timeline and a text from HelloGov.
