Choosing a document lists the accepted options, such as a marriage certificate or a court order, with notes like must include parents’ names, and an honest way out for people who have none of them. After an upload, a success screen shows a preview, says how many of the required documents are in, and offers to upload a new one.

The last screen lets the customer pick a day and a time slot for a call, with the timezone spelled out.
