Integration status modal for Stealth AI

The modal answers the basic questions about a connection in one place: whether it’s connected, when it last synced and when it was set up, each as a small colored tag. Below, the webhook URL and shared secret sit in their own box for whoever handles the setup. Disconnecting comes last, separated from everything else and marked with a red button.
