Meeting/interview type components — Interview location picker components for Teero

Components for choosing where a Teero interview happens, shown in their different states.

Online and On-site are radio cards that open up when selected. Online can hold a Zoom link with a copy button, a prompt to connect a Zoom account first, or a plain field for pasting any other meeting link. On-site expands into a location form with address, zip code, city, country and optional details. A last card lets more than one person book the same time slot, with a field for the maximum number of participants.
