Mobile-First, All-in-One Flow — Mobile document courier booking flow for HelloGov

HelloGov’s courier marketplace on mobile, from the first search to booking.

The landing screen asks one thing, the date you’re shipping your documents, and already lists the cheapest and fastest couriers nearby. Results come as stacked cards: a verified badge, location, ownership tags such as women owned or veteran owned, when the courier receives and returns the documents, the shipping speed and a starting price.

A courier’s page puts pricing for the chosen date first, then the guarantees, the company story, locations with directions, what HelloGov verification means and the FAQ.
