Onboarding checklist — Gusto integration final install step for Complicore

The last step in Complicore before its Gusto integration goes live, where an admin sets the imports and accepts the terms. Three cards, one decision each: import all drivers, import all vehicles, and accept the terms and privacy policy.

The imports start switched on, with auto-import for drivers and vehicles added later, so the default is the useful choice. The terms toggle starts off and waits for the admin to agree. Finish installation is the only button on the page, centered under the cards.
