Passport application (cards) — Passport renewal order cards for HelloGov portal

Order cards from HelloGov’s customer portal, for two different points in a passport renewal.

Before anything is sent, the card lists the order, the traveler and the service, with View application and Download package. A small hand-drawn arrow points at that button with the instruction to follow the included steps carefully, since it’s the one thing the customer needs to do next.

Once the documents arrive, the card turns into tracking: service, estimated delivery and a status (5 days early in this example), then a timeline with the current stage marked In-Review. The mobile version keeps the same order of information.
