Spotlight preview — Account spotlight detail page in Lantern's AI CRM
A spotlight in Lantern, here for an account whose champion has departed. The header holds status, assignee, priority and followers, with the account, its tags and a Salesforce link on the right.
A stage bar shows where the account sits, from meeting scheduled through proposal and closing to onboarding, each stage labeled with the team that owns it. Below, tabs switch between tasks, custom fields, notes and updates. Custom fields are grouped into saved views such as All Customers or CSM Accounts. Snooze and Resolve sit in the top bar next to Commands.
