Spotlight templates — Spotlight template picker in Lantern's AI CRM

Starting a new spotlight in Lantern, the AI CRM where I was founding designer. Rather than a blank form, the screen leads with templates.

Below the name and description, New phase builds one from scratch. Underneath, four templates cover common cases: a drop in active users, an expansion opportunity, a stakeholder who has left, and a weak relationship. Each shows how many phases and steps it holds, and can be expanded before you select it.

Until something is picked, the right side holds an illustration and a line inviting you to begin with a template or build from scratch.
