Each card follows a request step by step. Invitation sent notes that the candidate hasn’t replied yet and how many days have passed, and every reminder sits underneath with its date and a Preview message sent link. Further along, Scheduled says the process is waiting for the company, and earlier steps collapse behind a chevron so the current one stays in focus.
