Two sections from the HelloGov website that answer the trust questions people have before handing over a passport.

The first shows the government-registered couriers HelloGov partners with as a scrolling row of cards. Each gives the courier’s name and city, when they receive your documents and when they’re back to you, any layover, the shipping speed and a starting price, so couriers can be compared at a glance. A Trustpilot rating sits in the corner.

The second section, Secure by design, keeps to one line about the security behind the platform.
