UI Elements — Sequence schedule form elements in Apollo

Form elements from the settings of a sequence in Apollo. The schedule block uses a segmented control for frequency (none, daily, weekly, monthly), date and time pickers for the first run, and two large radio cards for repeating every few days or on weekdays only.

A limit and an end date each get a short hint underneath. Three more radio cards set who it applies to: everyone, specific people or myself only. On the right, smaller cards hold the name, owner and tags, team permissions and a folder.
