Workflow action cards animation for Lantern's workflow builder

The action cards from Lantern’s workflow builder, the AI CRM where I was founding designer, animated one at a time.

It opens on the finished set, then clears it and rebuilds it card by card. Each card starts as a small pulse in its brand colour where its icon will sit, then settles onto the canvas. The header fills in, the icon fades in, and the labels and values land word by word: the trigger settings, a Send email step, a HubSpot record and an Outreach sequence with a note to self.

The camera follows those four up close. It then pulls back while the Salesforce, target account, webhook and Slack steps fill in around them, and the loop ends on the full set.
