It’s a five-step checklist: assign to courier, print the shipping label and LOA, submit to the Department of State, generate the outbound label, and the confirmation call. The open step shows only the fields it needs, like ship-in date, service type and courier.

Finished steps get a green check and keep their details visible, such as the manifest date with a Move date link, along with their download buttons, so nothing has to be looked up twice.
