HelloGov admin panel — Passport order review admin panel for HelloGov
An order inside HelloGov’s admin panel, where the team reviews every passport application before it goes out.
The sidebar separates the day-to-day (dashboard, tasks with a count, customers, the manifest and orders) from AI workflows for lead nurture, orders, application review and refunds. The order view follows one traveler’s new passport: progress on the application and requirements, a document checklist with View links, the shipping label and the address.
On the right, status and expected delivery sit above Review application, Download application packet and the fulfillment checklist. The agent’s own status, here On break, shows at the top.
