HelloGov – Mobile Checkout Order Summary (Exploration) — Mobile checkout order summary exploration for HelloGov
On mobile, HelloGov’s checkout has little room for an order summary, and this exploration looks at where the total should live.
The summary sits in a bar above the Continue button, collapsed to a single total with a note that the government fee isn’t included. Opening it lists each traveler and their services, such as a renewal, a child passport plus a travel visa, or a lost passport.
Tapping a traveler expands the line items: expediting, add-ons, shipping and a subtotal, with a note on the government fee for each person.
