An account’s profile in Lantern, the AI CRM where I was founding designer.
The overview is ordered around what an account owner wants to know first: where this customer stands. Stages run across sales and customer success in one line, from meeting scheduled to onboarding, so the handover between teams is visible. Health signals such as adoption, CSM sentiment, NPS and support tickets follow, and the details come last, grouped into saved views so each team sees its own fields.
