Customer management (Admin panel) — Customer profile in HelloGov passport admin panel

The customer view in HelloGov’s admin panel, where the team handles someone’s passport orders from one screen.

The header gathers contact details, the company, social links, when they were last seen, and a map with their last IP and local time, handy before calling. Tabs split orders, activity, communications, notes and invoices. Each order shows its status, the total paid and every traveler with their document type and estimated delivery date.

A marketing panel shows how the customer arrived, from campaign and search term to the landing page. The calling tool and its task queue stay docked on the right.
