Profile settings (user profile - WIP) — Support agent profile settings draft for HelloGov

A work-in-progress version of profile settings for HelloGov’s support agents.

In this version the agent can edit their own name and picture, while the email stays locked. Availability gets its own section, with a timezone, a status such as Available and an Add availability button for working hours.

Agents can keep more than one phone number, one marked Default and each with its own settings, and a separate section handles forwarding calls to an external number.
