Every applicant on a HelloGov order gets their documents checked before submission, and this is where it happens, on mobile.

One screen holds everyone on the order. At first each person is Ready to scan with a Start button. As the scans go, each row changes on its own: Rescan required with the number of documents, Application incomplete with a link to finish, or Submitted in green. The secure scanner illustration and a short promise, checking documents so applicants get approved on the first try, explain why the step exists.
