Empty state — Website visitors empty state in Lantern's AI CRM

The empty state for Visitors in Lantern, the AI CRM where I was founding designer, for workspaces that haven’t added the tracking snippet to their website yet.

Instead of a blank table, the page shows a faded preview of what it will hold: visitors, their companies, intent level, last action, session time and a week of activity. On top sits one message and one button: install the Lantern snippet to see who visited your website.

The sidebar shows the rest of the product, from the ROI dashboard and workflows to customer, open opportunity and closed-lost tracking.
