Empty state — Utility bills empty state for the Public Grid app
Bills & Payments before there’s anything to show: the empty state in Public Grid’s app, until the first billing cycle is complete.
The header already shows nothing outstanding and explains when bills will appear. The empty panel says No bills yet, and that an email will arrive once a bill is ready to view and pay here. Two small cards keep the page from feeling unfinished: the utility, Eversource, marked as managed by Public Grid, and bill autopay marked Enabled.
