Payment method & Autopay — Add card or bank account form for Public Grid

Where customers add a card or bank account in Public Grid’s customer app.

The Payment tab sits among Account, Subscription and Files. On the left, one line explains the fee rules before anyone types: cards carry a fee, bank accounts don’t, and Public Grid never adds its own. The form lets people choose Card or US Bank Account, each labeled with its fee, then collects name, card number, expiry, CVC and country. Autopay sits below as a separate toggle, with a note that bills are paid the day after the utility statement arrives.
